How do I update my billing information (credit card number, email address, etc.)?
For Windows version users:
Access your PayPro Global customer portal.
For Mac version users:
Update your billing details at Apple.
How do I manage my subscription?
For Windows version users:
- Access your PayPro Global customer portal.
- Or contact Twin Folders developer and ask to make changes to your subscription.
For Mac version users:
Mac version does not contain auto-renewable subscriptions, so there is no need to manage a subscription. You can optionally purchase a 1-year License again when your current license expires.
What is online activation?
For Windows version users:
This is the second step after you enter your registration key. This is intended to prevent multiple unauthorized registrations.
For Mac version users:
Mac version does not use online activation.
Can I activate Twin Folders on several computers?
For Windows version users:
Yes. Twin Folders is licensed on per-user basis, not per-computer. Contact Twin Folders developer if you need to activate Twin Folders on an additional PC.
For Mac version users:
Yes. You can use Twin Folders on all of your Macs with the same Apple ID.
